Bean Gurus offer packaged services which you can pick from with the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly what is covered by the fee you sign up to. No nasty surprises with bills that fluctuate.

The services on offer are bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, company secretarial or support of these functions where you just need a knowledgeable person keeping a watchful eye on things for you.

More specifically, they can include (not exhaustive lists!):

Bookkeeping
Setting up your cloud accounting software from scratch, taking on opening balances or migrating from another package depending on your needs. This includes setting up invoice templates and initial training to help you get going with creating customer invoices and recording expenses.Entering, updating and/or reviewing sales invoices and sending to customers if not already done.
Sending out monthly statements or reminders to customers.
Entry of bills received from suppliers and service providers.
Reconciliation of supplier accounts to their statements.
Entry of all bank transactions, setting up bank feeds in your cloud accounting software. This includes matching receipts against customer invoices and payments against creditor bills.
Bank reconciliations.
VAT return preparation and submission using MTD compliant software.

Optional extras
Monthly payroll incl payslips, reports and submissions to HMRC (RTI, P45 or P46, P11d, P11 and P60) where needed. Setup of the package is included where not already done.

Accounting
Liaising with, assisting, following on from, acting as (or supervisor to) your bookkeeper.
Assistance with budget and cash flow preparation.
Recording and maintaining your Fixed Assets Register.
Recording and maintaining your Directors Register.
Recording and maintaining your Register of Beneficial Ownership.
Keeping your company Board of Directors Minutes.
Monthly or quarterly management accounts incl review with the owner/s or director/s.
Annual preparation of financial statements incl submission to Companies House.
Annual CT600 or SA100 tax return incl submission to HMRC.

Annual confirmation statement to Companies House.

Platinum
£75-200 per month
All of the items in the Gold package. Plus:
Entering and/or reviewing sales invoices including sending to customers if needed
Entry of bank account transactions and expenses including petty cash

Assistance with getting yourself set up

All the above pricing includes initial setup of your cloud accounting package, or review of an existing setup you want transferred from an existing accountant/bookkeeper. The setup will include initiating bank feeds, invoice template setup and migrating data or entering opening balances if relevant.

If there is the need to set up a bespoke package for your business, that can be defined to ensure you only pay for what you need.

Software Licences

These range from as little as nothing (NatWest/RBS/Mettle business account customers using FreeAgent, or £3/month for others) up to a maximum of £50/month depending on your needs. Where pricing is subject to any introductory discount, that is passed on to the client with full clarity provided as to how long the introduction is valid for and how much the ongoing cost will be. No software fees have contracts so can be terminated/switched with only a one month notice period.
